The plan is to travel together as a Group from strategic locations in Canada. Should certain devotees approach the Presidents expressing their need to travel beforehand on their own, then the President has to handle it with discretion and on a "special case" basis. For the children and youth participating in the Program rehearsals, it important to stay in Canada till the end or in special cases at least up to August 1st, 2010. However all those, who leave early on a special request should reach Prasanthi Nilayam on August 16th, 2010.
